BFM Split Rest

Applies to all versions of Log Checker 4

Log Checker does not support state based variations of the NTC  fatigue reform.  All states have clearly steated that you must follow their specific rules whilst in that state. Easy for those rules for a short time frame.  Difficult, when you look at the longer periods where the driving occurred in another state.

For example:

bulletDriver is in NSW and splits his 7 hour rest break because he disturbed and needed to move.
bulletAfter his break, he drives into Victoria.

He was compliant in NSW, but he is not in Victoria as they do not support the ability to split the 7 hour rest break and he has not taken his 7 hour break in the last 24 hours.

If you are able to get an official ruling on how such a situation will be enforced, please send a email to support@logchecker.com.au so it can be incorporated into a future release of Log Checker.

Will be resolved by changes in the Next Update
