The program will still operate effectively using the older software package, on 32 bit computers. The current rules used in Log Checker 4 are more stringent than the regulators’ policy interpretation. If a breach in your hours is not raised in Log Checker 4, you can be confident that you have not committed a breach. If Log Checker 4 shows a breach for exceeding work limits in a 24 hour period you will need to manually check whether it is valid under the new counting rules or not. Use the Breach Detail tab on the single entry to identify what starting point the program used. DrSoft will no longer be providing direct support. easynhvas Pty Ltd. may be able to assist you with general issues during the transition to their new program. Send an email to logchecker@easynhvas.com.au. Please note that they will not be able to assist you with installation issues on a network. Installation media can be downloaded here |
