Check for Update encountered HTTP error

Log Checker is trying to obtain update information from the www.logchecker.cam.au website, but is being prevented.
The error number is a standard HTTP error code. Please give your IT support people the exact error message as it will help then resolve the issue.
If they are unable or refuse to grant LogChecker the appropriate permissions to access the www.logchecker.cam.au website. You will not be able to use the check for updates feature. But you can still update it manually by checking the Next Update page on this website and following the instructions in Appling an Update Manually. Given the above issue, it is most likely there are additional restrictions on your system and you will need your IT support to perform the update
